Terms and Conditions

  • To send gifts via Mohbat.ae, please reach out to us on WhatsApp and provide your contact details, delivery location, preferred delivery date, and delivery time (typically between 10 AM and 5 PM). This information helps us complete your order. If we encounter any issues with processing, we’ll use these details to get in touch with you.
  • All gifts are delivered by our dedicated delivery team through our offshore partners. If we are unable to meet the requested delivery date, we will usually inform you in advance. Mohbat.ae will process and ship orders according to the customer’s specified requirements, and we will notify you once the delivery has been completed by our representative.
  • Mohbat.ae is responsible for fulfilling your orders, either directly or through its delivery partners, and ensuring the product is delivered to the recipient.
  • The delivery schedule varies, with options ranging from same-day delivery to delivery within three business days, depending on the destination city or town. In major towns, we offer same-day or next-day delivery, while deliveries to other areas are completed within four business days.

  • For any complaints regarding the quality of the delivered product, the customer or recipient must provide an image of the product within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We guarantee delivery on the specified date, but we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.
    We regret to inform you that we do not have a cancellation policy.
  • If the recipient or any representative is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will consider the order as delivered. However, we always attempt to confirm the delivery time by contacting the recipient beforehand. Therefore, we kindly request you to provide a 24-hour contact number for the recipient.
  • Orders, including Midnight Orders, placed after 9 AM GST will typically be processed for delivery the following day. However, we will make every effort to deliver on the same day. A phone call confirming such urgent orders would be greatly appreciated.
  • We recommend placing your gift order well in advance to ensure we can deliver it on the exact date and time you expect.
  • No refund will be provided for orders where issues arise due to user error, such as incorrect address, incomplete information, or the recipient being unreachable.
  • If no one is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery at the scheduled time, the order will not be considered late. Therefore, in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, or liabilities will be accepted.
  • Products may vary in shape, size, color, or ingredients based on availability at the time of the order, and there could be slight design differences. If a product is unavailable, a similar item of equal or greater value will be delivered without prior notice. In cases where delivery is scheduled for 3 days or more after the order date, we will notify the sender about any unavailable items and suggest available alternatives. Our goal is to provide the best service possible.
  • As each case is unique, the management at Mohbat.ae reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund policies.

Important Note:

  • PROVIDE A VALID WORKING PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THE RECEIPIENT. (Incorrect phone numbers are non-refundable and may result in delivery delays.)
  • Place your orders in advance to ensure we have ample time to deliver your gift on the scheduled date and time.
